Community profiles, event imagery and films are published only with the relevant written consent, and separate approval is required for paid advertising, sponsor reuse, sublicensing, synthetic media and AI training.
The complete privacy policy, including retention periods, legal basis, data-controller details and your rights of access and erasure, is published before launch once the operating entity and contact inbox are confirmed.
