The JF community standard
Respect is part of the invitation.
JF Next Journey is designed to feel warm, free and natural because the expectations underneath it are clear. Everyone who enters a JF experience shares responsibility for protecting the comfort, autonomy and privacy of the people around them.
The standard.
Respect personal boundaries.
Consent must be clear, voluntary and ongoing in every personal, professional and creative interaction.
No harassment, coercion or solicitation.
Pressure, persistent unwanted attention, transactional propositions and exploitative behaviour have no place in the JF community.
Introductions are not entitlement.
Access to an event or person does not create a right to their time, attention, contacts or collaboration.
Create with consent.
Follow all event rules regarding photography, filming, tagging and publication. Ask before capturing or sharing private moments.
Protect privacy.
Do not publish private venue details, room information, schedules, guest data or off-camera conversations without approval.
Act professionally.
Alcohol, nightlife or an informal setting never removes the expectation of respectful conduct.
Speak early.
Guests will be given a named point of contact for concerns, support or reporting during each journey.
No participant is required to socialise privately, create unagreed content, endorse a partner or enter any personal relationship as a condition of attending. Concerns may be reported confidentially and without retaliation. Each event should provide a participant-welfare contact who is not Jeton alone, so concerns involving a founder, sponsor or senior team member can also be raised safely.
JF Next Journey may decline or revoke participation where conduct threatens the safety, dignity, privacy or experience of others.
